Jerry spent 23 years as the President of a Tier I Automotive Stamping Company. He is currently the Executive Vice President of a Tier I complex machining supplier as well as President of a restaurant brewing company in Traverse City.

Dodd Russell, President Dodd is the President of Skilled Manufacturing Inc., Tribal Motorworks LLC, AMR Group LLC, Vice Chairman of Willow Manufacturing Inc. and a private equity partner in Phoinix Enterprises Inc. Dodd is also a compliance management consultant certified as a ISO-9000 auditor by the RAB, as well as an auditor for SAE J4000 Lean Manufacturing Standard by PRI.
